Per Board of Health requirments…

For a minor (under 18 years of age) to get pierced, the Board of Health requires a parent or legal guardian present. Parent must have government issued photo I.D, minor must have a form of photo I.D (school I.D, yearbook photo, SmileSafe card, passport, learner’s permit, license). If the parent or legal guardian have a different last name than the minor, we also require a birth certificate or custody paperwork. Please call or direct message us for what minimum ages we feel comfortable piercing.
